The electric Somfy tubular motor is managed from a wall mounted control panel, via remote control or automatic (wind &/or solar sensor) and is built into the axis of the awning roller.

It is also possible to motorise the side screen, building it into the awning load bar so that it can be lowered to protect you from glare when the sun is low in the sky.
